This is a traditional fishing boat built on Spetses about 30 to 35 years ago from local pine.
It is 15.8 m long, 5.25 m wide and has a draft of 1.5 m.
It has 2 Perkins 6 cylinder, 115 HP engines.
It has a 1 tonne fresh water tank and a 2 tonne fuel tank.
The boat comes with 2 VHF radios, a chart plotter and GPS.
It is currently moored in Patitiri harbour for the summer and is taken to the mainland to be dry docked during the winter.
It is currently in use as a day trip boat and has a license to carry a maximum of 78 people in local waters.
It is equipped with floats and life rafts for 50 people.
I am expecting that the interest in this boat will be more likely to be from people who would like to use her as accommodation for the summer.
The owners tell me that this is a 6 berth boat, but I am waiting for them to provide me with photos of the interior. I assume thta this is a 6 berth fishing boat and I am guessing that it would possibly make comfortable accommodation for two people for the whole summer, maybe with the occasional guest. It would, I assume, without having seen inside, need fitting out in order to provide this accommodation. Up on deck there are two toilets/heads and there is a shower.
If you love boats and want to spend your summers on Alonissos but can’t afford a house, here is an alternative!
So much nicer than a “gin palace” and a fraction of the cost.
Not only that but when it gets busy on Alonissos you can sail off to find a remote beach somewhere.........
