A wonderful spot, close to Milia Bay beach, with electricity and water. The main road (and bus route) borders the top of the plot and the lower boundary is a minor road, so a property built there can be accessed from whichever you prefer.
Look closely and you can see the boundaries of the land marked in black, about two thirds of the way along this photograph.
The land is on a slope, but not too steep and not rocky. Judging by the plants and trees growing in the gardens of adjacent properties, this is good land for growing. At present the land has some small pine trees and a lot of herbs.

Milia beach is delightful; beautiful and unspoilt, with no taverna or facilities, just the beach and the sea. This is one of my favourite beaches on the island. The land is about 500 metres from the beach.
If you would like to build close to the sea but not too far from Patitiri, then this could be the one for you. It is only about 2K from Patitiri and yet in a spectacular position and close to the sea.
