From this ground floor terrace there are still good sea views, although there are a few wires crossing it!
This is a delightful little house in good condition.
It is in a very convenient location; away from the busiest areas of the Old Village, and with an open aspect.
It is possible to drive a car to within a few metres of the property, but during the season it is not possible to park.
There are very few properties now available on Alonissos at this price, especially as well maintained as this, making this one and it’s neighbour a very attractive buy.
Alternatively, buy them both for 210,000 Euros and get even better value!
