The front door leads  into the living room which measures 5.7 x 3.2m and includes a small kitchen to the front. The thickness of the walls is immediately visible, with decorative niches in the side walls and deep window ledges. This is a property that has been designed to keep warm in winter and cool in  summer!

This property is in the heart of the Old Village, just a few yards from the tavernas and shops.

It is set on the edge of the cliff where it has been, and survived, for about 200 years.

It is about 45 square metres, on three floors, with front and rear balconies.

The floor is tiled and the wooden ceiling is painted a pale blue to complement the pale green walls. Recessed lighting is set into the ceiling. The compact kitchen has a stainless steel sink and a fridge with plenty of shelving for storage and is tiled.  At present there is no cooker but a small one would fit where the kitchen bin is presently positioned..

This balcony has to be one of the most amazing in the Old Village. It measures 3.8 x 2 m , is built mainly on solid rock and has views of the sea to two sides as well as parts of the Old Village. Two steps lead up to a small planted area and access to the shower room.

This is the shower room, with shower cubicle, basin and toilet. It is attached to the side of the house and is the shape of a long very narrow  triangle. The roof over this small part of the property needs to be replaced if you object to being rained on whilst on the toilet, but don’t worry - there are more toilets and basins elsewhere!

The main bedroom measures 6.1 x 3.1 m and has a wooden floor, two windows to the front and two windows to the rear. It has wall lighting, exposed stonework and a wardrobe recessed into the wall. The property is being sold furnished and equipped but the owner will be removing the chest and the antique seat from this room. To the front of the bedroom is a hand basin and behind the screen is a toilet.

The rear bedroom windows have the same views as the balcony downstairs and have recently been modified to include double glazing and fly screens. This room has an air conditioning unit.

Wooden stairs lead up to the mezzanine bedroom which measures 4.1 x 1.6 m and has a white painted ceiling and double doors onto the front facing balcony.

This balcony also has spectacular views of the sea to two sides and over the rooftops of the Old Village. It is tiled and has a toilet, basin and shower unit. This provides privacy between the two bedrooms, if not for the occupants of the mezzanine bedroom! Obviously, this can be fitted with a screen to provide privacy when needed.
