The restoration includes all the woodwork, new roof, new windows and doors. The house is situated in the upper part of the old village in a quiet lane near the main road with all its shops and tavernas.
A glass door opens into the kitchen/dining area ( 4.70x4.70 m) with a window to the front, wooden beamed ceiling and the typical stone-paved floor (plakes), furnished with a sidebord from IKEA, dining table and chairs for 6 persons, including all kitchen utensils. The kitchen has marble- topped open front base units, which emphasize the character of a country-house, a marble sink, an electric cooker with oven (Bosch), the refrigerator and washing machine (both Bosch) are
built-in a niche as well as a cupboard.
A door with a hatch leads to the bathroom ( 2.50x1.20m) with shower toilet basin, mirror and inox box.
