The ground floor terrace is large; about 10 x 3m. and has a covered pergola. There are spectacular panoramic views of the island and the sea to both east and west of the island. This must be one of very few properties on the island which benefit from having superb views of both sunrise and sunset.
The terrace floor is plaka and decorated with an assortment of pots and urns with plants and flowers. The terrace is raised and plaka steps lead down to the garden.

The views from this property really have to be seen to be believed! There is a scarcity of land on the island, now, and to find a plot in such a location is getting almost an impossibility. For this reason, a piece of this size, on the market today would invariably be sold as two plots.
