supermarkets avoiding the need to go to Patitiri.  Votsi is next to Rousoum, which is next to Patitiri.

one can take walks from the house down to the tavernas and harbour or

The photographs were taken in the winter.  I shall try to revisit the house in the
spring.  But not bad for winter: low 20s!
The villa is built in the usual way of the bedrooms being on the lower floor to be cool in summer.  Here we see the lounge(6.9x4.2) with its traditional Sporades fireplace.  In winter the owners install a wood burning stove in the fireplace.  There are two French windows leading on to the large balcony.

The kitchen(3.4x3) is a good size and is well equipped.









The balcony(10.8x2.55 widening to 3.25) has an oven and work surface.

The house faces south and to the east it is wooded.  This view is looking to the southwest.









This is the entrance hall(7.1x2.7 reducing to 1.0) for the ground floor.  In the corner under the stairs is another wood burner.  There is also an oil burning stove.

















There are two double bedrooms (4.0x3.4) for the owners.  They are light and comfortable.  The other bedroom is of the same size but is not shown as it is currently used as a store room.













The main shower room(1.7x1.6) and toilet(1.6x1.35) are shown below.

To the left is the guest room (4.7x3.15) with its own French windows on to the balcony.





The guests have their own entrance door.  The doors to the shower and toilet are also shown here.

To the rear of the house is a parking area.
