This is the front of the house. I have not classified it as a ruin because it could be renovated. The fish-scale roof is in a good state of repair. The house could, however be made larger with the roof dismantled and re-erected on top of another storey.
You see: the roof is pretty good.
The house could be made to look something like the house next to it.
The little garden at the front needs a bit of clearing!
