This plot of land is above Patitiri on the road that goes up the side of the Neirades Hotel towards Kato Chorafi (for those of you who know the island).
For those of you who do not know the island it is just a couple of minutes drive from the harbour town of Patitiri.
This is a quiet and rural area yet close to all the amenities of Patitiri, which is below, and obscured by, the large trees in the picture above, which mark the boundary of the lower part of the plot. Patitiri can be just about seen in the picture below, which also shows the road.
Unlike many plots of land for sale here, this is a well tended olive grove with the addition of a number of almond trees. The plot is an irregular shape, but is bordered partly by pine trees and partly by a very quiet road. As can be seen in some of the photographs, electricity is available.
