Whilst there is currently no sea view from the house, there is a sea view from the front garden (see above left) and also from the rear garden (above right). If a roof terrace or second floor was added there could be good sea views. Although the sea views are not spectacular, the property is only a few minutes walk to the beach.

From the kitchen a short hallway leads past the shower room and to another external door.
The fully tiled shower room measures 2.2 x 2 m and has a white toilet and basin, shower and mirrored cupboard.
Next to the kitchen and shower room is the additional room which requires renovation and measures approximately 4.3 x 2.5 m. I understand that it was the old kitchen and has a fireplace, but the key won’t work!
To the front of the house is a good sized plaka terrce.

It has great potential and could be extended if desired.
