The studio measures 7.25 x 5.5m, widening to 6.25 at the rear. A divider separates the living area from the sleeping area, with storage for clothes on the bedroom side. The floor is tiled and there is a door and a window to the front.
The kitchen is fitted with a stainless steel sink unit, wall and base units, a full size electric cooker and a fridge freezer. The area between the wall and base units is is tiled.

From this land even the ground floor sea views are wonderful!
Here you can see house #1 and some of the landscaping that has already been done. You can also see the solar water heating panel on the roof. Note the unusual design of the roofs; they are concrete but they are shaped, not flat. They will be tiled, but the interior finish looks much nicer than a flat concrete ceiling.
Steps lead up to the first floor apartment and open onto a balcony which measures 3.5 x 3m. From here there is a door into a bedroom and another door into the living room. From the bedroom you look over the gardens and towards the adjacent forest.
The bedroom measures 3.75 x 3.5m and has the domed ceiling described earlier, the entrance onto the balcony and a door into the living area.
The living area measures 5.75 x 4.25 m overall and has a door to the bedroom, one onto the bedroom balcony and another onto it’s own balcony, which measures 4.25 x 1.25 m.
